CEO, DiscoverEd
Rajat Toshniwal heads the DiscoverEd program at Fitkids. A B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay, Rajat left his position at a major oil drilling multinational to pursue his dream of improving K12 education. Starting off as a curriculum writer at iDiscoveri, he went on to eventually head the science team at XSEED, enabling his team map XSEED's proprietary content to 5 different national and state level board curricula in India. Thereafter, he founded AnB Education and through it introduced ideas like adaptive learning and tablet-based learning to the Indian education market for the first time.

Rajat firmly believes in designing solutions that enable change from within, instead of those that force change externally in the existing (school) system; this makes change not just positive and powerful, but also gradual, practical and sustainable.
